The furnishings below represent baseline recommendations for greenway applications.
They have been identified as meeting user need, aesthetic considerations, and appropriate level of quality. Furnishings selected should meet the criteria described below for each item.
BENCH
Bench selection should provide backed and backless mounting options. No wood or composite wood slats. Benches must have end arm rests, mid arm rest may be used where needed.

Drinking fountain should be ADA accessible. Bottle fillers are also strongly encouraged. For trailheads near open recreational areas, dog bowls may be considered.
