Bi-State Development (Metro), in collaboration with Great Rivers Greenway, Cortex, BJC and Washington University Medical Center, is soliciting construction firms to build the first section of Chouteau Greenway within the Cortex Innovation Community in the City of St. Louis. This project is part of a larger project to construct a new MetroLink Station at Cortex and expand the existing Central West End MetroLink station.

Click on BSD Open Solicitations to see the list of projects available. The project is officially listed as “Boyle Avenue/Central West End MetroLink Station – Facilities”. While we are a partner on this project, and it is constructing one of our greenways, Bi-State Development is the one holding the contract and questions should be directed to them throughout their process.
