It will connect Fairground Park south along Grand Ave., west on Cass Ave., south on Spring Ave. to Page (future phases to continue south from there). Learn more about this project.
MetroLink Corridor: Cortex to Grand Stations
The segment from the Cortex MetroLink Station east toward the Grand MetroLink Station is in planning and design now, with federal funding in place and construction slated to begin in late 2025 or early 2026. Spring Ave. at I-64/40
A new greenway bridge will go between the two decks of I-64/40 to reconnect Spring Ave. and the destinations north and south, such as the Grand MetroLink Station, City Foundry STL, Armory STL and more. A federal grant has been secured and construction begins in 2027. Learn more about this project.
Market Street: 20th St. to Gateway Arch
This 1.25-mile segment will connect and enhance the Gateway Mall from the CITYPARK Stadium at 20th St. to Citygarden, Kiener Plaza, the Old Courthouse and Gateway Arch National Park. It’s in early stages of planning and engagement now and will be done around 2029. Learn more about this project.
Partner Connectors
Shown in light green, two partner connectors give people even more options. The Tower Grove Connector (led by City of St. Louis and Greater St. Louis Inc) will go along Tower Grove Ave and Vandeventer Aves, eventually up Sarah St to connect to Brickline Greenway. The 20th Street project, led by the City of St. Louis, will complete the initial loop on the east side of the project.
