Brickline Greenway: St. Louis Ave.
Project Overview
Great Rivers Greenway and the City of St. Louis, along with community members and donors, are partnering to build a segment of the Brickline Greenway so that people can connect on foot, by bicycle, stroller and/or wheelchair to destinations like The Griot Museum of Black History, St. Louis Place Park and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency campus.
Project Location
This 1.04-mile segment will go between 20th St. and N. Grand Blvd., where it will meet additional segments of the Brickline Greenway:
- Between Fairground Park and Page Blvd. & Spring Ave. (currently in construction).
- South along Spring Avenue, the greenway will cross Lindell and run through Saint Louis University’s campus.
- South of Saint Louis University, the greenway will run through City Foundry STL and then turn into a bridge that goes between the two decks of eastbound and westbound I-64/40 to connect to the Grand MetroLink Station.
