Great Rivers Greenway is requesting qualifications for real estate acquisition and relocation services. The consultant firm selected under this RFQ will assist our staff and their project consultants on all real estate acquisition and relocation services as well as general real estate related projects and initiatives carried out by GRG.

Planning/Engineering/Architecture Vendor List 2023-2025
Great Rivers Greenway maintains a Prequalified Vendor List for professional services on greenway projects and other related activities. The Prequalification Vendor List was approved by the Board of Directors for the following categories: Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, and Planning. The posted list was approved in December 2022 and will be in effect for two years until December 2025.
Firms not currently on the Prequalified List will have the opportunity to submit their qualifications during the 4th quarter of 2023 and 2024. Firms will be added in December of each year. GRG will post information detailing how firms can be added to the Prequalification Vendor List in September of each year.
