Request for Qualifications for Property Appraisals Companies and Title and Closing Companies
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to develop a pre-qualification list of professional firms to provide the following services:
- Property Appraisals Companies
- Title and Closing Companies
These companies would assist GRG and its Real Estate Acquisition and Relocation Consultant on various land acquisition, easements and other real estate services to carry out GRG’s mission of building an interconnected system of greenways, parks and trails.

Request for Qualifications: Metrics Services for Great Rivers Greenway
Great Rivers Greenway is seeking a highly qualified consultant to provide expertise in assessing and mapping the benefits of parks, trails and other types of green space in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County, Missouri on impacts such as health, economics, equity and other metrics.

Request for Qualifications: Event Planning and Production Services
Great Rivers Greenway is seeking a highly qualified consultant to provide services to assist staff in planning and executing a variety of events for the agency overall.

Planning/Engineering/Architecture Vendor List 2023-2025
Great Rivers Greenway maintains a Prequalified Vendor List for professional services on greenway projects and other related activities. The Prequalification Vendor List was approved by the Board of Directors for the following categories: Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, and Planning. The posted list was approved in December 2022 and will be in effect for two years until December 2025.
Firms not currently on the Prequalified List will have the opportunity to submit their qualifications during the 4th quarter of 2023 and 2024. Firms will be added in December of each year. GRG will post information detailing how firms can be added to the Prequalification Vendor List in September of each year.
