Request for Qualifications for Asset Management and Work Orders Software

Great Rivers Greenway is requesting qualifications for functional and technical requirements for a new integrated Asset Management and Work Orders platform for GRG’s Sustain team. It is intended to support the vendor evaluation and procurement process by clearly defining what GRG needs the platform to do, who will use it, and the technical environment it must operate within.

Planning/Engineering/Architecture Vendor List 2026-2028

Great Rivers Greenway maintains a Prequalified Vendor List for professional services on greenway projects and other related activities. The Prequalification Vendor List was approved by the Board of Directors for the following categories: Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, and Planning. The posted list was approved in December 2025 and will be in effect for three years until December 2028.

Firms not currently on the Prequalified List will have the opportunity to submit their qualifications during the 4th quarter of 2026 and 2027. Firms will be added in December of each year. GRG will post information detailing how firms can be added to the Prequalification Vendor List in September of each year.
