Celebrate the St. Vincent Greenway by helping plant 30 trees for future shade and beauty along Ruth Porter Mall on Saturday, November 15th from 9AM to 12PM! 

This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with nature and make a positive impact on our community as we celebrate the St. Vincent Greenway and all it has to offer. Don’t miss out on this chance to contribute to the beauty of our surroundings. Mark your calendars and join us for a day of planting and camaraderie.

No experience necessary; Forest ReLeaf of Missouri, Great Rivers Greenway, and St. Louis City Forestry staff will teach volunteers how to properly plant native trees.

What to wear: Please dress for the weather and bundle up. Long pants and closed toe shoes are required. 

What to bring: All tools will be provided for this event.  Please bring a water bottle to help us reduce plastic waste. Light snacks and water will be provided.  

All ages are welcome!

This event will take place between Cabanne Avenue and Enright Avenue. Only street parking will be available, please be mindful not to block driveways.
