Together with our partners at the St. Louis County Library Foundation, we’re excited to welcome The Happy Urbanist, Jon Jon Wesolowski, a national speaker and advocate for people-centered, livable cities. Across social media, his videos have garnered more than 3.2 million likes and over 702,000 followers.

Wesolowski will explore how great places can strengthen neighborhoods, foster belonging, and create lasting prosperity. Through inspiring examples from St. Louis and cities across the country, he’ll show how small, local projects can transform communities without leaving people behind.This presentation highlights real-world stories of ordinary people shaping the places they love, and how local governments can support and amplify those efforts.
