Lower Trailhead At Cliff Cave County Park
To get to the meetup location from Telegraph Road:
Turn onto Cliff Cave Road going east (across from Baumgartner Road, between Valvoline and Circle K)
Cliff Cave Road will curve to the left then to the right. Continue for 1.7 miles going past the St. Louis County Transportation lot, the quarry, and the upper trailhead.
You’ll go beneath the greenway bridge and the road will curve to the left. Then you’ll cross over the railroad and the road will curve to the right. End at the parking lot next to the park pavilion.
30 minute guided greenway walk followed by 30 minutes of all-levels yoga. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Registration is free and required. Click here to register.
