As greenway neighbor to the future Saint Louis Zoo WildCare Park in north St. Louis County, we are working in partnership with the Saint Louis Zoo, St. Louis County, and East-West Gateway Council of Governments (regional planning agency) to create a plan for the area along Riverview Drive between Chain of Rocks Park and the Columbia Bottom Conservation Area.
With all the people expected to visit this world-class safari park and conservation center, we are developing a proactive plan that considers recreation, transportation, conservation, and tourism for the surrounding area. Please join us Wednesday, April 15, from 4:30pm-7:00pm for a community presentation and open house to learn more about the project. The presentation starts at 5:00pm.
