In February 2025, Emerson announced a $2 million donation for the Brickline Greenway, which will go toward the Spring Ave. segment, which will connect Lindell Blvd. to Page Ave., linking north St. Louis with the Grand Center Arts District and key locations like Saint Louis University and City Foundry STL.
