This RFQ aims to procure qualified individuals or firms to assist with developing, producing and implementing one-time events such as greenway openings and ongoing event series. Event size may range from small neighborhood gatherings to regional festivals. Event services may include any or all of the following tasks as needed:
● Strategically implement Great Rivers Greenway marketing, fundraising, and conservation goals through events
● Oversee logistics
● Provide expertise on event issues as needed
● Coordinate with event partners
● Secure event equipment
● Secure music talent
● Secure food vendors
● Other tasks as assigned

Consultant(s) will coordinate with staff to scope and track projects as needed, against an overall contract for the 2020 calendar year, with the option to renew for up to two more calendar years. Staff may choose to hold contracts with any of the entities that respond for any given event needs. A sole contractor may not be contracted with for all events.
