All bids delivered after the due date and time will not be considered. It shall be the responsibility of the respondent to insure their submittal has been received prior to the deadline date and time. It should not be assumed by the respondent that their bid envelope sent by US mail, UPS, FedEx or any other courier will be in the correct hands by the bid deadline. Be sure to mark the outside of the submittal envelope with the name “ANNUAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES”.
