Great Rivers Greenway is soliciting bids from firms competent in providing services for the rental and service of portable restrooms located on greenways and for use of restrooms during special events as needed. The District is soliciting bids for a period of three years (2019 – 2021).

Questions regarding this bid are to be sent via email no later than November 7, 2018 at 5:00 PM prevailing central time to Ben Grossman, Great Rivers Greenway Director of Greenway Operations: bgrossman@grgstl.org. Responses shall be issued no later than November 9, 2018 at 4:00 PM prevailing central time. Answers to questions will be shared with all known holders of the bid documents.

Deliver one (1) hard paper copy proposal delivered via hand or mail. Bids will be received in the office of the District no later than the time and date indicated in the “Invitation to Bid,” at which time the District will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope, addressed to:
