Bid Opportunities

When we have a construction project, we will publicly bid that work and post those opportunities here. Most large construction projects use the BidExpress platform. Some smaller projects will be posted here directly.

If the bid is using BidExpress:

  • All electronic bidders must first register on www.bidexpress.com and create an Info Tech Digital ID for free, which is used to digitally sign bids.
  • When you register on BidExpress, please make sure that you have all notifications settings turned on, so that if we need to make any changes, promote a pre-bid meeting, add an addendum, etc, you will be automatically notified.
  • If you would like a printout of the bid, we will have the plans on file with a local printer. Details posted with each bid.
