Great Rivers Greenway is soliciting bids from firms competent in providing services for the rental and service of portable restrooms located on greenways and for use of restrooms during special events as needed.  The District is soliciting bids for a period of three years (2026 – 2028).

Great Rivers Greenway is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for Dardenne Greenway: Mexico Road to Dardenne Park in The City of St. Peters in St. Charles County, Missouri.

This project is partially funded by federal funding and must comply with all applicable requirements of MoDOT’s Local Public Agency regulations. The proposed work includes the extension of the Dardenne Greenway from the existing endpoint at the Mexico Road underpass to Dardenne Park. The work will include trail, boardwalk, and bridge construction, and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.

Request for Bids: Deer Creek Greenway: Big Bend Blvd to River des Peres Greenway

Great Rivers Greenway is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for CMAQ Deer Creek Greenway: Big Bend Blvd to River des Peres Greenway in St. Louis County and Maplewood and St. Louis City, Missouri. This project is partially funded by federal funding and must comply with all applicable requirements of MoDOT’s Local Public Agency regulations. The proposed work includes the extension of the Deer Creek Greenway from the existing endpoint just west of the intersection of Big Bend Blvd. and Oxford Ave. to the intersection of Sussex Ave. and Greenwood Blvd., and from the intersection of Greenwood Blvd. and Canterbury Ave. to the River des Peres Greenway at Canterbury Ave. and McCausland Ave.

In an effort to promote greater efficiency and standardization, Great Rivers Greenway has transitioned to Bid Express for secure internet bidding. All bid documents are available to download free of charge at www.bidexpress.com.

Bid Express registration is required. Registration is free; however, if you choose to submit your bid online there is a non-refundable $25 charge.

It is highly recommended that all interested bidders subscribe to receive updates on bids. It is the responsibility of the bidder to download all bid documents associated with the bid solicitation.

Processing your Digital ID can take up to five business days, and it is highly recommended that a Digital ID be enabled 48 hours in advance of submitting an electronic bid. Please plan accordingly. Instead of paying paper bidding costs (hand or hired delivery costs), a fee of $25 will be incurred for those who wish to bid electronically on a pay-per solicitation basis. Alternatively, you may subscribe for $50 per month for unlimited electronic bid submission for all agencies posting solicitations on the Bid Express website, plus get email notifications by agency/work type/commodity code.
