LOWER TRAILHEAD IN CLIFF CAVE COUNTY PARK
Mississippi Greenway: Cliff Cave County Park Lower Trailhead, Oakville, MO, USA
To get to the lower trailhead from Telegraph Road:
Turn onto Cliff Cave Road going east (across from Baumgartner Road, between Valvoline and Circle K)
Cliff Cave Road will curve to the left then to the right. Continue for 1.7 miles going past the St. Louis County Transportation lot, the quarry, and the upper trailhead.
You’ll go beneath the greenway bridge and the road will curve to the left. Then you’ll cross over the railroad and the road will curve to the right. End at the parking lot next to the park pavilion.
Learn about nature, culture, and history of the area on this 2 mile guided walk on the greenway. Registration is free and required.
