Questions & Answers

I do not see anything that states specifics such as quantities, size, stock, colors, etc. Am I just not seeing it? Our print capabilities are vast with a wide range of quantities (25 on up to the thousands & 10s of thousands). Our pricing is structured using a volume discounting scale, so just pricing, say, one vinyl banner is more than the unit cost of doing 2 or more with the same artwork. 

The letter of interest should include your capabilities, however you’d like to describe them. With regards to specific quantities, we did not include them so you would have the ability to share project samples that are more typical for your team. If helpful, most printings and mailings will be in full color, on easily recyclable paper, typically between 8k-12k letters. 

I’m not seeing specific specifications for which to estimate and submit pricing. Is that the case, or am I simply missing a link to click on? 

That is the case, we are looking for a few sample past projects that help us get a general sense of your work that can be reviewed by various departments. We would follow up with any vendor for a specific project proposal as needed, this RFQ is simply to gather qualifications.
