Come out and help clean up the River des Peres Watershed! One of the largest volunteer-based clean-up events in the St. Louis area, Open Space and partners invite the public to be a part of the 2025 River des Peres Trash Bash on Saturday, October 25th. Participate at one of over 20 sites available throughout the St. Louis region and help us bash some trash!

Join fellow volunteers at a park or greenway and help take part in cleanups and storm drain marking activities. Greenways part of this event include River des Peres Greenway, Deer Creek Greenway, Mississippi Greenway, and St. Vincent Greenway.

Gloves and trash bags provided! This is a great opportunity for groups and individuals of all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Unique Trash Bash t-shirt provided for volunteers!

Post-cleanup picnic will be held at Deer Creek Park – 3200 N Laclede Station Rd, Maplewood, MO 63143 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
