Great Rivers Greenway (“GRG”) intends to develop a hiring and recruitment process that embraces the concepts of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion while promoting our mission. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) seeks professional expertise in the audit of existing practices and the preparation of a new process document with specific focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”). While this is the primary goal of the procurement, there may be other DEI-related projects for which the selected consultant may be considered.
