Great Rivers Greenway and partners are building a new park near the Arch, and we want to hear from you!

Metro Plaza is the first step in our long-term plan to redevelop the St. Louis riverfront north of the Eads Bridge and the Gateway Arch grounds.

Located along the Mississippi Greenway, Metro Plaza will provide a place to enjoy views of the Mississippi River, passing trains, and the Eads Bridge as part of a uniquely St. Louis experience.

What will you be able to do at Metro Plaza when it is complete?

  • Enjoy views of the Mississippi River, passing trains, and the Eads Bridge as part of a uniquely St. Louis experience
  • Access the Arch-Laclede’s Landing MetroLink light rail station
  • Relax in a safe and comfortable setting on your way between the Arch Grounds, Laclede’s Landing and other Downtown destinations

When built, Metro Plaza will be a park space that is flexible enough to use for a wide variety of programs and events. Which programs would be most appealing to you?
