We tagged along with the Soulard AMBUCS “Wheels n Warriors” bicycle club on one of their recent group rides. These veterans ride together for camaraderie and “wind therapy” on various trails and greenways throughout the St. Louis region using specialized recumbent therapeutic tricycles.
