Please submit four (4) hard paper copies and one (1) PDF or Word document copy on a thumb drive of the Proposal, sealed and plainly marked on the envelope with the name “ANNUAL AUDIT SERVICES” and delivered to:

All bids delivered after the due date and time will not be considered. It shall be the responsibility of the respondent to insure their submittal has been received prior to the deadline date and time. It should not be assumed by the respondent that their bid envelope sent by US mail, UPS, FedEx or any other currier will be in the correct hands by the bid deadline. Be sure to mark the outside of the submittal envelope with the name “ANNUAL AUDIT SERVICES”.
