Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for ORLP Project# 29-01754 GRG Bid# 2022-010-108A Mississippi Greenway: Chain of Rocks Park (108A) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri and hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply. This work consists of improving the approximately 8-acre of District-owned property at the west landing of the Historic Chain of Rocks Bridge in St. Louis, Missouri.
