Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid # 2019-004-000 Meramec Greenway: Demolition of 527.5 Yarnell in St. Louis County, Missouri. This work is to demolish any and all structures, foundations, footings, wells, septic tanks, existing buildings, pavement and canopies on the site and remove all material and debris therefrom. The Scope of Work also includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the demolition of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached documents and the specifications. Any salvageable material found at the time of bid award shall be become the property of the Contractor. Contractors are instructed to identify all items of value and locate suitable buyers for those items. Revenue from the sale or use of salvageable items shall be considered in the bid to reduce the cost of the demolition contract to GRG.
