Area Residents Invited to October 15 Open House to Review Updated Plans for Walking and Biking Connection to New Interstate 44 Bridge Over Meramec River

Project Partners to share revised plans & priorities based on community feedback gathered to date

Project partners Sunset Hills, Kirkwood, Fenton, Great Rivers Greenway and Missouri Department of Transportation invite you to view revised plans for the walking and biking connection to the new Interstate 44 Bridge over the Meramec River and provide further input. The Open House will be held Tuesday October 15 at RiverChase of Fenton Recreation Center from 6-8pm. You can stop by anytime during that timeframe to view the latest plans, ask questions and share feedback. This information will also be posted online.

The revised plans incorporate feedback gathered from community members and stakeholders at the August 20 Open House at the Sunset Hills Community Center and via an online survey. Project partners are reviewing the feedback to prioritize the grant funding and determine which connections and trailhead amenities to include with the new biking and walking bridge.
